I paint my 20 X 20 as a meditation, allowing my intuition to guide the process. I never know what will emerge and I even choose my colours blindly. Each painting is a magical surprise!

I paint over my art as part of my creative process, it started as a letting go practise that has expanded into much more. Each layer adds dimension and depth, energy and a bonus is recycling eco-conscious.
